Linwood Manor is a 12 step therapy based residential treatment facility providing treatment for those with primarily an alcohol problem.
Linwood Manor is a 14 bed unit (7 bedrooms, shared double).
Also provided is acupuncture, pre-booked by clients.
Lynwode Manor is a Victorian Manor house set in 4 acres of rural land.
Therapy treatment is based around group sessions although one-to-one counselling is available on request. Issues covered can be around conflict, resolution, anger management and freedom to express emotions will be encouraged. Family therapy is also on offer to those who require it and family workshops are also available.
The focus for clients is on changing their behaviour and thinking in order to maintain sobriety and regain quality of life.
